International Fencing Federation official on Doha visit

Johann Farber, the President of the media department in the International Fencing Federation (IFF), is currently visiting Doha on an invitation from the Qatar Fencing Federation (QFF). The aim of the visit is to increase the collaboration between the QFF and the world body of the sport.

Farber is also set to pay a visit to the sports halls which will host the World Cup in 2004, the first ever International Fencing Championship to be held in Doha. The senior official will also inspect the television transmission facilities from Doha.
